Like Rocky Mountain Oysters, only better. Start by removing the membrane from each testicle. You will be left with something similar to what you see in my hand.

 

Next, thinly slice the testicles into pieces that resemble the size of a dill pickle chip

  • Dredge in milk and then your favorite fry batter, I use Louisiana Fish Fry here
  • Fry in skillet of hot olive oil on each side. Should take 3-5 minutes
  • Drain excess oil off on paper towl
  • Serve with ranch and a little siracha for some added heat
  • Perfect for an appetizer
