Justin Rokohl’s life forever changed on June 20th, 2008 when his Humvee was hit by an IED while fighting in Afghanistan. The explosion cost him both of his legs, but the south Texas native never let that slow him down. It was an honor to have Corporal Rokohl join me this week to talk about his service, the explosion, recovery and of course his love for hunting. He has a particular passion for hounds and pursuing hogs through the thick brush country with the help of a few good dogs.

This was one of the more inspiring conversations we’ve had in recent memory. I found Justin’s positivity quite infectious. Hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did. It’s not everyday we get to visit with a real life hero.
